Responsibilities

  • Advise and review the security requirements on various banking applications to meet the internal security policies as well as regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct physical security assessments of computer centres and logical access (network and systems) of computer systems. Review and evaluate existing network & infrastructure security architecture, and recommend changes to improve the security level for the Bank.
  • Keep abreast with global Information Systems security standards, guidelines and procedures and to implement these security standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure high levels of integrity, confidentiality and available of all IT resources within the Bank.
  • Manage regular penetration tests and vulnerability studies; including selection and recommendation of consultants.
  • Ensure oversight of mainframe, network, system and desktop security management.
  • Manage security governance for various outsourcing vendors
  • Manage security threat monitoring and security incident response


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Qualified professional certification in CISSP, CISA or CISM certifications are preferred
  • At least 7 years (10 years for non-degree holder) of relevant experience in system security fields
  • Solid experience and knowledge in security technology and hardware and software products that comply with current industry standards
  • Solid system administration and /or operation experience in information security & technology risk management
