Key Responsibilities
- Support operational procurement activities and P2P processes.
- Analyze procurement data and prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Maintain contract and supplier master data.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and contract administration.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve procurement processes.
Your Profile
- Experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel knowledge.
- Experience with P2P and ERP or procurement systems (e.g. SAP, Ivalua, Ariba, Coupa) is an advantage.
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- German is an advantage.
- Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Switzerland.
- Hybrid working model (minimum two days on-site).
- Start: ASAP.
