AI Delivery Lead | Financial Services

I'm currently working on a newly created opportunity for a Finance AI Delivery Lead within a large financial services organisation.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role where you'll be responsible for turning a Finance AI strategy into practical, scalable solutions that improve day-to-day operations. You'll work closely with Finance, Technology and Data teams to identify process pain points and deliver AI-enabled workflows and automation solutions from concept through to production.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering end-to-end AI and automation initiatives across Finance.
• Designing and implementing scalable, AI-enabled workflows and process improvements.
• Building and maintaining AI agents and automations using the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot Studio, Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Partnering with Technology, Data and Analytics teams on more complex solutions.
• Embedding governance, controls and auditability into all solutions.
• Supporting the ongoing development of the organisation's Finance AI capability and operating model.

The ideal background includes:

• Proven experience delivering automation or AI-driven solutions end to end.
• Strong understanding of Finance processes such as reporting, reconciliations, budgeting, AP/AR or similar functions.
• Hands-on experience with data and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Alteryx or comparable technologies.
• Experience building AI solutions, ideally within the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to drive adoption and influence senior leaders.
• A genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and their practical application within business environments.
