You'll be joining a leading organisation in the superannuation and retirement sector, known for delivering high-quality member support across complex products and multiple service channels. You'll be working with a team that is collaborative, member-focused, and committed to continuous improvement. You'll be a key point of contact for members, providing confident, accurate and proactive support across superannuation and retirement enquiries. This CBD-based role blends service, problem-solving and technical understanding.
Your new role
- Member support across inbound/outbound calls, email, written correspondence and Click-to-Chat
- Delivering first-call resolution and anticipating member needs
- Identifying value-add services opportunities (without giving financial advice)
- Participating in training and building your product knowledge
- Collaborating with your team to meet KPIs and service standards
- Previous experience in a contact centre or similar environment handling complex products
- Strong customer service ethic and professional communication skills
- Proven KPI performance (quality, adherence, referrals, cross-selling)
- Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
- Strong computer literacy (Word, Excel) and fast keyboard skills
- Openness to feedback and a desire to grow your superannuation knowledge
- Financial services or superannuation experience highly regarded; ASFA qualification desirable
