Your new role
Join a growing applied AI team focused on taking AI systems from experimentation into reliable, production environments. You'll work across the full lifecycle designing, building and deploying AI-driven solutions with a strong focus on scalability, observability, and robustness.
The role involves developing advanced LLM-based applications, including retrieval and orchestration patterns, working within a modern cloud environment. You'll contribute to how systems are structured, monitored, and maintained in production, while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and business teams.You'll also stay close to emerging approaches in AI, applying new techniques where relevant and contributing to best practices across the team.
What you'll need to succeed
Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience.2+ years' experience in software, data or AI engineering, with exposure to building LLM or agentic systems (production experience a plus).
Passionate about Agentic AI, understanding agentic design patterns including tool use, planning, reasoning, multi-agent collaboration, memory systems, and autonomous workflow orchestration.
Experience with LLMs, AWS Bedrock, AgentCore Runtime, Gateway & agent SDKs like Strands, LangChain.
Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to deliver in complex environments.
Financial services experience desirable.
