Operation Officer - Retail Business Management Department

- Provide operation support to the department (account opening, account maintenance etc.)
- Handling remittance inquiries
- Provide administrative support (documents filling and record keeping, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; 3+ year of relevant work experience preferred (e.g., branch teller or customer service roles)
- Familiarity with account opening procedures and banking service requirements (including personal and investment accounts)
- Proficiency in written Chinese and English; fluent in Mandarin; proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities; capable of working independently and handling pressure
- Proficient in using software such as Word and Excel
