Simon-Kcher is enabling its employees with generative AI based soltions to improve prodctivity. To spport this endeavor, a central Data & AI fnction is being established. Together with or Data Analytics team Elevate and the Software Development team Engine, the demand for spport of software development by IT is constantly increasing. This role can be performed flly remotely within Poland.



The salary for this position ranges from PLN 7 to PLN 8 gross/month (oP), depending on the candidate's relevant experience, skill set, level of expertise and overall fit for the role. Additional factors sch as indstry backgrond, technical competencies and interview performance may also inflence the final offer. The compensation package at Simon-Kcher CBS consists of a gross base salary, a monthly remote work allowance and an annal bons. The bons is paid in December and is based on the reslts of a 36-degree performance evalation.

How yo will create an impact:

Design, maintain and spport clod infrastrctre for AI soltions.

Bild secre landing zones (VNets, private endpoints, RBAC, Managed Identities).

Standardize infrastrctre patterns and resable modles.

Operate AKS / Azre Container Apps for containerized AI workloads.

Implement Infrastrctre as Code soltions.

Implement robst CI/CD pipelines.

Atomate container bild and release workflows.

Spport model deployment patterns (real-time endpoints, batch jobs).

Ensre AI clod secrity and compliance principles.

Implement monitoring & observability (Azre Monitor, Log Analytics, App Insights).

Establish gardrails for LLM integrations (data handling, prompt injection mitigations, secrets, logging redaction, model access controls).

Yor profile:

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Clod, or Platform Engineering.

Strong prodction experience with Azre (especially Azre Fondry).

Solid Kbernetes experience (AKS preferred).

Knowledge of SharePoint integration, Power Atomate, and Logic Apps.

Strong Docker and containerization skills.

Strong API integration experience (REST, webhooks, OAth/OIDC, service principals/managed identity).

Infrastrctre as Code expertise (Terraform preferred).

Experience spporting ML/AI workloads or data-heavy systems.

Secrity-first mindset and experience designing prodction-ready environments.

Mastery of clear and concise commnication as well as docmentation for different stakeholder grops in English (C1+).

Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, LangSmith, or other evalation, testing, and observation orchestration platforms is preferred.
