We are looking for a Senior Knowledge Management Associate to join or global Knowledge Management team with a strong focs on the Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology sectors. In this role, yo will combine hands-on content sanitization responsibilities with core knowledge management activities, spporting consltants and sector teams with high-qality, compliant, and easily accessible knowledge assets.



Yo will work closely with Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology stakeholders, contribte to reqest-driven knowledge spport, and help ensre that firm knowledge is accrate, p to date, and aligned with Simon-Kcher standards. The role reports to the Global Director Knowledge Management and offers broad exposre across sector, service line, and firm-wide KM initiatives.

How yo will create an impact:




Knowledge management Sector spport

Act as a key contact for reqest-driven knowledge spport for the Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology sectors.

Spport consltants in navigating and applying KM processes and tools (e.g. SharePoint, ChatGPT-based KM soltions).

Own and maintain selected Financial Services knowledge prodcts, ensring content hygiene, version control, and relevance.

Identify knowledge gaps and contribte to the development of knowledge maps and strctred sector content.

Collaborate closely with sector teams and global KM colleages to improve findability, sability, and adoption of knowledge assets.

Collaboration & enablement

Commnicate clearly and professionally with consltants and stakeholders across levels.

Contribte to continos improvement of KM processes, standards, and tools.

Take on additional KM or sanitization-related tasks as needed within the team.

Content sanitization & qality assrance

Complete and apply firm-specific sanitization standards for text, visals, and metadata.

Sanitize project materials (primarily PowerPoint and Word), ensring removal of client-sensitive content and compliance with firm templates and visal gidelines.

Ensre high accracy, consistency, and qality of all sanitized deliverables.

Track and incorporate feedback, continosly improving qality and efficiency.

Yor profile:

3-5 years of professional experience in knowledge management, conslting spport, research, or a related role.

Strong bsiness-level commnication skills in English.

Experience working with PowerPoint, SharePoint, and content-heavy knowledge environments.

High attention to detail and strong qality mindset, particlarly when handling sensitive client content.

Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle parallel reqests.

Clear, soltion-oriented commnication style and strong stakeholder management skills.

Interest in or exposre to Financial Services and Telco, Media and Technology topics is a strong advantage.
