Job Description

What You Will Do

Exercises judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design non-routine and complex business solutions utilizing Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.

Understands the Utilities business processes and regulatory requirements, analyses the existing landscape and recommends solutions and designs that benefit the customer's organization and users.

Contributes to statements of work, work breakdown structures and/or level of effort and staff plans. Presents and demonstrates solutions to customers. Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge.

Responsible for transitioning product knowledge to the customer users. Leads the domain specific solution design aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality and integrated business solutions. Anticipates project risks and suggest risk mitigation to the project manager.

Resolves complex customer issues by recommending solutions. Demonstrates expertise in multiple business processes across two or more product families or ability to architect and design technology solutions encompassing multiple products

Responsibilities

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding and experience with Oracle Utilities solutions such as Oracle Utilities CC&B - Customer Care & Billing, Customer Cloud Services, Customer to Meter, CX4U.
• Solid background in solution consulting and testing strategies, software delivery, systems integration, or consulting, with high proficiency across data platforms, or utility infrastructure.
• Solid experience managing requirement gatherings
• Demonstrated success working in customer-facing roles, especially with cross- cultural, distributed project teams in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of technical architectures, data flow, and utility-specific regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills, able to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies in line with PMI best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical teams, coaching junior team members and facilitating problem-solving.
• Meticulous attention to detail, organizational skills, and a structured, analytical mindset..

Willingness and ability to travel across Middle East as required
