Description on Role & Responsibilities
Market Expansion
• Oversee and drive the end-to-end market launch of Omnichannel Payments capabilities in new markets across APAC, EMEA and the Americas
• Research, validate, and develop our Omnichannel Payments capabilities, roadmap and market launch strategies in new markets
• Gather and market business requirements from Business teams, in-market merchants to enhance our Omnichannel Payments capabilities
• Decide on acquiring, market entry, Terminal-related models for respective markets
• Drive and forge partnerships with local acquiring and Terminal partners to support our market launches
Cross-team collaboration
• Support broader Omnichannel strategy team across various initiatives like internal trainings, key merchant presentations to introduce our Omnichannel capabilities
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization, encouraging experimentation and sharing best practices across teams.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in market launch, GTM, project management, or similar roles, preferably within a payments acquiring or tech company.
• Exposure to regional/multiregional markets in terms of payments acquiring
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building strong relationships with diverse groups both internally and externally.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from conception through execution, demonstrating an ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment, showing adaptability and resilience under pressure.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (both written and spoken), for most effective communication with internal stakeholders.", "salary_raw": "Row(double=None, string=None)"}
