My client is a leading Tier 1 international bank, with more than a 150-year history in some of the world's most dynamic markets. They are currently looking to hire an experienced hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their Front Office Change Team within Financial Markets and play an important role on their BREXIT programme.

FX Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager - 100k + package

My client is a leading Tier 1 international bank, with more than a 150-year history in some of the world's most dynamic markets.

They are currently looking to hire an experienced hybrid Business Analyst / Project Manager to join their Front Office Change Team within Financial Markets and play an important role on their BREXIT programme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end to end project delivery and ensuring their clients are successfully migrated across to their new European Entity.

Essential Requirements

• Must be an experienced BA/PM with a strong Investment Banking / Financial Markets background (minimum 10 years experience)
• Must have FX knowledge and expertise in FX platforms
• Need to have worked on a large scale client migration project
• Ideally have worked on a BREXIT programme at a large global bank
• Preferably engaged and faced off to CCP's / Central Clearing Houses
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and able to deal with Traders and other Front Office stakeholders.
• Would also ideally have legal entity transfer experience

Important Requirements

• Have deep knowledge of Financial Markets' products and prior experience in front office / business / operations role
• Have experience leading regulatory change and/or complex front-to-back projects
• Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills; capable of identifying and interpreting a wide range of issues, and a 'big picture' understanding.
• Have exceptional organisational, problem solving and written / verbal communication skills
• Must be a highly-motivated and energetic team player; able to work collaboratively and motivate others to achieve high standards, including with teams across multiple locations.
• Project management qualification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
