The Platform

With approximately €12 billion in assets under management, CA Indosuez is a significant investor in private markets through its Tiera Capital Funds, with a strong focus on opportunities across Europe, North America and Asia. The dedicated investment team executes 40 to 50 investments per year, combining:

primary commitments,

secondary transactions, both lead and co-investments,

direct co-investments in operating companies.

The Private Markets platform spans a wide range of strategies, including buyout, growth capital, credit, infrastructure and secondary investments.

Your Role - Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate

As a Real Assets & Private Credit Investment Associate, you will be involved in the sourcing, analysis and execution of investments in real assets - including real estate and infrastructure - as well as private credit, with a particular focus on primary commitments into external funds.

Your key responsibilities will include:

identifying, evaluating and executing real assets and private credit investment opportunities;

drafting investment memoranda and presenting recommendations to the Investment Committee;

monitoring the existing portfolio and preparing related reporting;

contributing to transaction execution and structuring in coordination with internal teams and external counsel;

managing deal flow and maintaining investment monitoring tools;

conducting ad hoc reviews of external funds for distribution purposes.

The role reports to the Head of Real Assets & Private Credit within the Private Markets investment team and is primarily based in Geneva.

Business School/University diploma in Finance

Expérience

You own a preliminary experience of 2 to 5 years investing in private markets either directly or indirectly with proven experience in the private infrastructure sector and ideally also private credit;

You have a solid knowledge of the infrastructure space. You understand the sector's dynamics, hold a professional network within the industry and are used communicating with key players;

Compétences recherchées

You are curious and rigorous with attention to details and have proven capabilities of team-working, multi-tasking, organization skills, proactivity, flexibility and resistance to pressure;

You also have abilities to challenge opinions and summarize your views and conclusions ;

Langues

You can perfectly hold professional conversations and write memorandum in French and English
