Client Services Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding services to clients and stakeholders

  • Account opening and answer client queries

  • On-boarding / Off-boarding clients

  • Take care of KYC documentation and manage client accounts

  • Process client payments, deposits and FX transactions

  • Administrative tasks and preparation of client reviews

Profile:

  • 3 years experience in a similar position

  • Deep understanding of the end to end KYC and client on-boarding processes

  • Knowledge with AML/KYC regulations

  • Outstanding communication and organisational skills

  • Fluent in English

  • Available ASAP
