We Offer
  • A challenging role as a Senior Compliance Officer in the Conduct & Ethics team of the Compliance department for the International Wealth Management (IWM) division
  • You will have a high level of flexibility in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • You will have the opportunity to work with an experienced Compliance team and to provide high quality analysis, including trend and pattern analysis
  • You will provide advice and guidance on conduct risk topics to ensure that business areas within the IWM division align with enterprise-wide conduct risk policies and procedures
  • You will be accountable of providing input into all policies, procedures, guidance and communication as they relate to conduct risk pertaining to the IWM division
  • You will take responsibility to continue the development and delivery of conduct risk training across the IWM division
  • You will be working closely with Compliance colleagues in Switzerland and IWM international offices as well as with the business
  • This role gives you the chance to assist with the assessment and presentation of conduct cases before the IWM Conduct and Ethics Board, and to be an advocate for compliant conduct
  • This position gives you opportunity of maintaining up-to-date knowledge of conduct risk developments, and participating in knowledge sharing across various Divisions of the Bank


You Offer
  • A university degree, preferably in social sciences, and a minimum 7 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, Audit or related fields
  • Knowledge of regulatory conduct regimes
  • Proven experience of carrying out a conduct risk role within the financial services industry
  • You have excellent interpersonal skills and outstanding customer orientation that enables you to quickly gain trust and build up efficient relationships with your clients
  • Ability to communicate effectively, at all levels, including strong listening, questioning and public-speaking skills
  • A can-do attitude, resolute problem-solving and an aptitude for handling multiple challenging priorities, working under pressure and delivering timely quality results
  • You are comfortable with your command of German and proficient spoken and written English; French and/or Italian in addition would be an advantage
  • You have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel and Powerpoint)
