We Offer
  • You a role in a high profile shared function between Compliance and Risk ("Digital Transformation & Product Labs" or "DTPL") in Zurich
  • Being part of our forward-thinking team you will drive the transformation of front to back processes and delivering on a common data platform with advanced analytics, case management, self-service digital assistance, negative news and robotics capabilities
  • You will act as the primary support for the DTPL Functional Risk and Control Officer
  • Implement the Enterprise Risk and Control Framework, including conducting risk and control assessments, analysis and monitoring and ensuring that controls are identified and are mapped to inherent risks
  • Ensure ongoing compliance by DTPL with internal policies/requirements
  • Monitor the exposure of internal incidents, review results from investigations into key events. Ensure that operational risk issues across are escalated, investigated and remediated in a timely manner
  • Provide support in the handling of reviews by internal and external auditors, and ensure that audit findings are accurately and timely remediated with proportionate organizational governance
  • Act as a primary point of contact for DTPL and other internal business partners regarding Operational Risk issues
  • Act as an internal sparring partner for DTPL management to set and challenge the operational and compliance risk profile and ensure that operational and compliance risk is managed in accordance with the Bank's risk appetite
  • Produce regular reports for management consumption on operational risks, incident resolution, internal and external audit findings and remediation
  • Through close collaboration with numerous partners you get the chance to create a strong and balanced network across and outside of the bank

You Offer
  • A minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in a bank, financial institution or consultancy on risk and control topics
  • You have a deep understanding of the functions of an international bank and are able to come up with creative and effective business solutions and present in front of Senior Management
