This includes the exploration of further potential opportunities from data analytics

You Offer
  • University degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent higher education
  • A minimum of 8-10 years proven experience, preferably in Private Banking, Asset Management, BRM /FLDS or Compliance
  • Good knowledge of the Wealth Management business and the front-to-back processes as well as experience in business risk topics and in managing stakeholders across locations and functions
  • Established track record in a management position within a large international organization
  • Very strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire and actively manage senior Stakeholders across the bank
  • Sound experience in leading/driving initiatives and executing them in an international environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and manage a professional stakeholder management and to establish and maintain trusted relationships at all management levels
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a "can do attitude" and a structured, solution oriented approach
  • Relevant certifications such as Financial Risk Management (FRM) or Lean Sigma would be beneficial
  • Fluency in English and German required
