Due to restructure, our client is seeking a Senior Conveyancer to join their team! This is an established mid-sized, boutique law firm, whose sights are firmly set on being remembered for providing excellent customer service at all times. The successful individual will thrive working with this warm bunch of people and you will appreciate their relaxed yet professional work ethic . They are a social team who enjoys team outings, you will also love that there are regularly supplies of doughnuts and pastries in the office !
As Senior Conveyancer your role will report to the Property Partner and will involve a mix of QLD commercial and residential conveyancing work & commercial leasing work with occasional interstate conveyancing work (NSW/WA/VIC) You will be expected to manage files from start to finish and be comfortable liaising with clients, banks, third parties by email and telephone.
Working full time from their offices based in the CBD, you will enjoy working from their prominent CBD location but you'll also get the best of both worlds and WFH some days can be an option too! The salary on offer is between 80k- $105k plus super depending on your years of conveyancing experience.
To be successful you will hold a minimum of 3 years Conveyancing Experience.
