Your new role
The key focus of the role is to be a point of contact for any existing or potential customers and answer any queries and questions about the products and services on offer.
- Making outbound calls daily to existing or potential customer and educating them on products and services that are available
- Identifying and fulfilling customer needs, building relationship to achieve satisfaction
- Following up on warm leads
- Up-selling and cross-selling products to existing customers
- Effectively and efficiently responding to customer queries via email
- Exceptional communication skills to identify and resolve customer issues and capture customer orders with the highest level of precision
- Call centre/Sales experience (preferred)
- Strong customer service background and confidence to make outbound calls on a daily basis
- Training will be provided on different skills and educate you on all the different products that are available.
- Able to commute to the office in Manly everyday
You will be joining a reputable organisation with full training and support provided, one that is also a high growth company, joining a fun, relaxed and flexible team! This role is offering a salary of $65,000 plus super with an additional sales commission on top.
