The Opportunity

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partners and team members to ensure client work is completed in a timely manner


• Work with Partners to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients


• Assist with staff training, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development


• Preparation of Financial Statements and Income Tax Returns for individuals, companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs


• Lead and review the preparation of BAS, IAS, FBT, CGT and PAYG for a variety of companies and trusts


• Liaise with various statutory authorities on behalf of clients


• Participate in training seminars, team meetings and social events


• Help provide exceptional service to our clients

• 2-3+ years' experience in a Chartered Accounting Practice is desirable, but we are open to hearing from motivated candidates with relevant accounting experience


• CA qualified, studying towards completion, or intending to commence


• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or similar


• Expertise using accounting software, including GovReports, MYOB, Xero and Quickbooks


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
