WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As part of the Finance Department, the Regulatory Reporting team ensures that Trade Republic has the liquidity and capital required to contribute to a healthy financial system. We work in the exciting intersection of numbers and law, meaning that analytical work is front and center, both regarding financials as well as applicable legal texts.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that will challenge you and help you grow professionally; not just from the side lines, but as an integral part of our team. You will play a crucial role in our day-to-day operations, ensuring that we meet our financial obligations and manage risk effectively. • • Key responsibilities:
    • Support in creating and submitting regulatory reporting to the Bundesbank
    • Help us improve our data quality by performing quality assurance checks
    • Assist in implementing a regulatory reporting software - a very exciting project for which we need support in data analysis, requirement analysis, software testing - the full cycle
    • Write process descriptions and manuals for workstreams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Student in Finance, Business, Law, Mathematics
• Interest in banking/ investment firm regulation
• Good familiarity with XLS/ G-Sheet
• German and English skills
