Support our customers in building their wealth: In the Customer Service Team, we see it as our job to stand by Trade Republic's customers at all times and accompany them on their journey. Our work stands for empathy, knowledge and advice. We work with trust to provide the highest standard of support. By listening to our users, we can improve our product and provide the best possible service. Our daily work is instrumental in moving one step closer to achieving our mission: Democratizing Prosperity and Closing the Pension Gap.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Join Trade Republic's Customer Service team and run one of Europe's fastest growing fintechs
• You learn how to interact with our customers by understanding and resolving their challenging inquiries, always making them feel like they are in good and safe hands.
• In addition, you will support our operations through investigative activities in our internal banking system.
• You'll share insightful feedback to improve the overall experience of our customers.
• You'll proactively help continuously improve our app.
• You are curious about topics related to the financial industry.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You are currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's degree
• You have a good command of written and spoken German and English with perfect grammar and an eye for detail.
• You have very good German and English skills.
• Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
• You have the ability to explain complex issues to others in an approachable manner.
• With your hands on mentality, you love to drive solutions for a great customer experience
• You can communicate - both verbally and in writing - in a personal tone of voice that is highly understandable and credible, fostering a trusting relationship with the customer.
• You have up to 20 hours/week available to support the team
