Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline, completed IT vocational training, or an equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience
- Hands-on experience in SAP application development with a strong focus on ABAP Objects (ABAP OO)
- Practical exposure to SAP environments and business applications; professionals across different seniority levels are welcome
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM processes, data structures, and SAP standard functionalities
- Experience working with integrated business processes, interfaces, and complex system landscapes
- Ability to analyze requirements and deliver sustainable, business-oriented technical solutions
- Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are beneficial
- Independent, structured, and result-oriented working style
- Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork and stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with a proactive attitude and sense of ownership
