How You'll Make an Impact:

• Lead daily code reviews and pair programming sessions.
• Design system architecture and its components.
• Assess technical feasibility.
• Provide high-level and low-level project estimations.
• Maintain a clear vision of the technical stack and guide the team in adopting new technologies.
• Conduct R&D and POCs to ensure the team uses the latest technologies.
• Ensure team engagement, quality work, and optimal performance.
• Measure progress, manage risks, and resolve issues.
• Coach, mentor, and develop teams while holding them accountable and removing roadblocks.

About You:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in overseeing multiple project teams.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
• Excellent time-management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.
• Proficient in clean code practices and Cloud Native architectures.
• Updated with the latest industry trends.
• Collaborative and thrive in a team environment.
• Fluent in English (additional languages, especially German, are a plus).
• Passionate about innovation and committed to continuous learning.
