Job Description

Provide high-quality customer service support to clients in the financial services industry.
Assist customers with banking and financial services queries in a timely and effective manner.
Handle routine customer service operations with accuracy and professionalism.
Resolve customer issues or complaints in adherence to company policies.
Record and update customer interactions in the system accurately.
Support other administrative tasks as required by the department.

The Successful Applicant

Previous experience in customer service or the financial services industry is advantageous.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
Flexibility to work on a part-time basis, as required by the role.
