Deputy Business Strategy Manager/ Business Strategy Manager (Frontline Human Resources Management)
To work closely with frontline managers and HR business partners to facilitate the implementation of integrated HR solutions to achieve business and departmental goals.
Responsibilities - Assist in addressing staff compliance and disciplinary issues by taking necessary disciplinary actions
- Assist in building frontline staff feedback channels to enhance employee engagement; and respond to employee concerns and complaints by conducting timely internal investigations, evaluate findings and recommend appropriate actions
- Assist in support the frontline business managers and work closely with HR business partners to provide full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to staffing, succession planning, rewards and performance management, employee relations and staff retention, etc
- Support and handle administrative duties
- Participate in any ad hoc HR related projects as required
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to promote and implement the overall HR strategies
- Such other duties as shall be assigned by the superior
Requirements - University degree or above, with minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources Management (Preferable in Banking industry)
- Detail-minded, organized, good team player with strong sense of responsibility and integrity;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex situation and recommend effective solutions
- Pleasant personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese input
- Good command of written and oral Chinese/Putonghua and English
