A growing capital management firm is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Founder. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with senior leadership.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder's complex calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of the Founder
- Act as a key liaison between the Founder and stakeholders, including clients, business partners, and service providers
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting materials, and correspondence
- Organize business trips, events, and high-level meetings
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism
- Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Support ad-hoc projects and business initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum 3-10 years of Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or senior administrative support experience
- Experience supporting C-suite executives, founders, or senior business leaders preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive, agile, and resourceful with a hands-on approach
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
