We are looking for a strategic and analytical professional to support the development and execution of health and medical product strategies, focusing on identifying market opportunities, enhancing customer propositions, and driving initiatives that strengthen customer value and business performance.

Your new role

• Drive the development and execution of health and medical product strategies to support business growth and customer value creation.
• Lead proposition enhancement initiatives by identifying market opportunities, customer needs, and emerging healthcare trends.
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with healthcare providers, service partners, and vendors to strengthen product offerings and service capabilities.
• Conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business performance reviews to inform strategic decision-making.
• Prepare business cases, strategic recommendations, and management presentations for new initiatives and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver strategic projects, product enhancements, and transformation initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Insurance, Public Health, or a related discipline.
• 4-7 years of experience in product management, proposition development, strategy, healthcare, insurance, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of health insurance, medical benefits, healthcare services, or customer proposition development.
• Experience conducting market analysis, customer research, and business case development.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
