• Meet and greet customers
• Helping customers with general banking experience.
• Answer general enquiries & direct traffic
• Hand out promotional material if needed

2) CDD Analyst - 3 months to 12 months contract role at Quarry Bay OR Central

• Perform customer due diligence review of the customers
• Analyse transaction behavior to identify any significant financial crime risk events and conduct public domain search to assist the investigation
• Prepare written investigation report for risk events
• Support all control checks undertaken by Financial Crime Control team, and escalate to supervisor in case of any irregular activity is identified

3) An'yst, Wealth Management Ops -  6 months contract role at Kwun Tong

• To perform clerical jobs as assigned in accordance with the instructions and the
• Departmental Operating Instruction (DOI) for the provision of custodial services to internal customers. (Wealth Management UAE, Singapore and Malaysia)
• Provide quality and completeness of work, accuracy, presentation, etc according to the required quality standards.
• Respond to customers' needs according to the service standards agreed.
