WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....

As a business analyst to participating in the development of sales tool, customer products and process automation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to find out leading market trends and best practices
• Prepare customer/ agent interview questions to find out what the burning issues are affecting the buying experience
• Map out as-is and to-be journey base on those customer insights
• Assist in collecting and analyzing user requirement.
• Assist in the development of Proof of Concept (PoC).
• Participate in preparing the presentation of showcase to management team.
• Participate in the Tribe activities such as Big Room Planning to discuss the planned deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand RCS results, trends and pain points
• Support presentations, proposals, demos, and user journeys
• Support copywriting materials
• Digital/UX experience, UX research and/or UX Design

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Digital Marketing or MBA
• Digital Savvy and familiar with e-commerce

Others:

• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
