WE ARE LOOKING FOR .....
• Identify the customer pain points of buying insurance product and propose ideas to resolve them
• Assist the team to define the Proof of Concept (PoC) scope to test the ideas in the development of proposition and planning tools.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist the team to develop new proposition or planning tools to address customer needs
• Innovation through test and learn in the PoC development
• Participate in the discussion to generate new ideas to resolve the pain points of the customers or distributors
• Working with IT to develop the PoC or other new initiatives
• Market research to identify potential ecosystem partners or provide insight to new proposition and planning tool

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

• Major in Actuarial Science or Insurance or Investment or related discipline

Others:

• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
