About the Role

This position provides investment services support to the company which invests in Asian equity, fixed income, securitized products and investment fund. He/she should proactively work within the team, other internal stakeholders, custodians and outsourcing agents to manage workflow and tasks allocated.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Daily

Handle daily Investment Services functions, including:

• Perform position and cash reconciliations (generated by system)
• Follow up with relevant parties for discrepancies
• Prepare reports on investment funds/portfolios
• Properly update records in internal systems

2. Ad hoc

• Handle ad hoc projects.
• Escalate exception items to relevant supervisors in a timely manner.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University students in business administration or relevant discipline
• Microsoft Office proficiency with a strong emphasis on Excel
• Ability to work in a small team, self-motivated, proactive and risk-aware
• Good command of both written and oral English.
• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
