Officer, Customer Strategy, Wealth Management (1-year contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the team
• Support implementation of marketing campaigns and promotion programs for the 3 High New Worth segments (Private Banking, CITICdiamond and CITICfirst)
• Administration support on campaign fulfilment and payment requisitions
• Perform evaluation on marketing program and campaign  
• Conduct market intelligence on HNW segment offers, online and offline promotion

Requirements

• Degree holder or equivalent, with background in banking and finance will be an added advantage
• Preferably with working experience in banks or financial institutions
• Good data analytical and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
