Job Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Analyze and interpret both Hong Kong and Mainland China's regulatory requirements on the Bank's compliance of BCBS Basel III Reform package (ie.new Banking Capital Rules)
- Perform relevant gap analysis and implementation proposals
- Compile and revise Bank's policies and manuals related to Basel III Reform
- Develop Bank's informatization projects related to Basel III Reform
- Report the Bank's Basel III Reform implementation progress to the management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with major in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, IT or related
- Candidates with relevant experiences in Banking Capital calculation and reform implementation is preferred
- Good reading, writing and presentation skills in Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese) and English
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team work spirit and work ethics
