Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end testing activities, including test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and UAT coordination to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee daily testing operations, including resource planning, task allocation, and progress monitoring to ensure efficient and timely execution.
• Collaborate with business users, project teams, developers, and vendors to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain delivery quality.
• Define and implement testing governance, methodologies, and quality assurance standards across system implementation and transformation projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing testing processes, tools, metrics, and team capabilities through knowledge sharing and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in software testing, QA, or test management, including at least 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in SIT, UAT, test planning, test execution, defect management, and quality assurance best practices.
• Proven track record in large-scale system implementation, transformation, or system replacement projects, with knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills; experience in Insurance, Financial Services, or policy administration systems is highly preferred.
