Our client a leading Wealth Management firm are currently looking to hire a Portfolio Construction Analyst to join their private clients division.
Role Duties Include:
Responsibility for the management of discretionary client portfolios in conjunction with agreed client mandate and Investment Committee guidance
Significant client portfolio analysis with a strong focus on asset allocation, performance and risk drifts
Acting as a point of contact between the team and Client Advisers on all investment issues
Work closely with the Investment Strategy & Investment Selection teams to ensure that core portfolios deliver on their goals
Comply with the Risk and Compliance frameworks, policies and procedures associated with the role
Requirements:
Relevant 3rd level Degree or Masters in business/finance/accountancy or engineering
APA Savings and Investments qualification or equivalent is desirable
Willingness to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation
Excellent information technology capability, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of Bloomberg Analytics tools, such as PORT would be beneficial
Demonstrable interest and understanding of investments and financial markets
