Your next challenge:

• Identify, evaluate, plan and support the execution of BIL's strategic initiatives as a part of the bank's strategic plan
• Facilitate sessions/workshops to structure strategic initiatives with key business stakeholders across all levels of the organization
• Research markets, competitors, and macro events to identify potential trends and develop robust and concise analyses and recommendations
• Create reports, presentations and updates for the Board and Executive Management
  Perform other ad hoc projects as required

Your skills:

• A strategic thinker with strong execution skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience in the field of strategy and/or corporate finance gained at an investment bank, consulting firm or BIG4
• Fluency in both English and French - any other language would be an asset
• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of an additional language would be an advantage.
• Team-player with a positive & solution-orientated attitude
• Eager to learn, to develop and to share
• Results-oriented mindset striving to deliver on time
