Job description

1. Lead the strategy, planning, and design of merchant-facing intelligent marketing and traffic distribution products. This includes market research, competitive benchmarking, roadmap development, and driving innovation through advanced technologies.

2. Develop a deep understanding of merchant business models and growth objectives across Asian e-wallet markets. Translate business needs into measurable product metrics, deliver high-quality data analysis, and continuously optimize product performance.

3. Work directly with wallet partners and their merchant ecosystems to gather user and market insights. Enhance product experience and recommendation accuracy to improve merchant satisfaction and commercial outcomes.

4. Collaborate with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, on-time product launches and scalable implementation, supporting overall business growth targets.

Job Requirement

1. At least 5 years of product design experience; experience with intelligent recommendation systems; has participated in a full project cycle of Martech products from zero to launch; candidates with algorithm or data modeling understanding are preferred.

2. Strong product ownership mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver results in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

3. Strong logical thinking skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Possess strong communication skills, cross-team collaboration capabilities, and project management skills to drive multi-team cooperation.

5. Experience serving merchants in Southeast Asia, Japan, or Korea, or working with e-wallet and payment platforms would be a plus.
