Job Description:

Collaborate with senority leads across numerous business teams globally.
Key member on all matters relating to strategy execution and business transformation with great can-do attitude.
Promote modern business transformation technics (e.g. Agile, Design Thinking, Change Management)
Develop new content to address strategic opportunities and challenges.

Requirements:

At least 4 years working experience in consulting, corporate strategy or relevant roles.
Exposure in Insurance industry.
Structured and analytical thinker.
Problem solver with "can-do" attitude.
Work experience in business transformation projects.
Good presentation (power point) skills.
