Job Description:

Position/Role Name: Reinstatement Associate( Fixed Term Employee )

Role Summary:

Fixed term employees will perform the following tasks:

1. Reviews/analyzes the payment credited in Outstanding Disbursement field. If for reinstatement, refer to Reinstatement staff for sending of reinstatement requirements.

2. Handles refunds for NPW cases. Generates refund letter in Letter Generation System (LGS) and Disbursement Requisition in FIS for FIS Approvers/Supervisor's/Manager's review and approval.

3. Envelopes refund letters and checks received from Treasury and prepares transmittal slip to be forwarded to the mailroom.

4. Release other Reinstatement-related client communications and documents.

5. Acknowledge emails and forward service requests and forward them to the appropriate Reinstatement staff or scan staff.
