Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer | Customer Data Platforms (CDP)

At Deloitte Digital , we're helping global brands build a complete view of their customers and deliver more personalized, data-driven experiences.

As a Salesforce Data Cloud Engineer , you'll work at the intersection of data engineering, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) , cloud technologies, and Salesforce Data Cloud , turning complex customer data into business value.

We're looking for someone with strong technical foundations in data engineering. You might already have relevant professional experience, or you may have built your skills through studies, courses, or hands-on projects.

What we're looking for

• Good working knowledge of SQL
• Familiarity with Python or another scripting language
• Understanding of APIs, ETL/data pipelines, data integration, and data modelling
• Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, or motivation to develop your expertise in this area
• Understanding of, or strong interest in, Customer Data Platforms, Customer 360, and customer data concepts
• An interest in developing your expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud
• Strong communication skills and fluent English
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Poland
• Relevant experience can come from professional work, university, courses, internships, or hands-on personal projects.

Nice to have

• Experience or hands-on exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud or another Customer Data Platform
• Familiarity with CRM/CDP concepts, customer data modelling, data warehousing, or unified customer profiles
• Experience working with customer or marketing datasets
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud
• Tableau or Power BI experience
• Salesforce certifications

Your future role

• Contribute to the design and implementation of customer data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud
• Integrate and unify data from CRM, web, mobile, commerce, and other platforms using APIs and data pipelines
• Build and improve ETL processes, data pipelines, data models, and unified customer profiles
• Work with identity resolution, segmentation, and data activation
• Support integrations across Salesforce, AWS, Azure or GCP, and analytics platforms
• Work with customer and marketing data to support Customer 360 and CDP use cases
• Collaborate with consultants, analysts, engineers, and architects on international projects
• Grow your expertise across Salesforce Data Cloud, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and AI solutions
