Customer Support & AI Automation Specialist

In this hybrid role, you combine hands-on customer support with ownership of automation and AI-driven improvements. You handle customer requests, identify opportunities to reduce manual work, and help teams adopt new AI agents and automation solutions. You act as a key contributor in improving customer experience while driving efficiency across support operations.




What You Will Do

• Handle customer support requests with accuracy, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset while ensuring proper categorization and data quality.


• Identify recurring issues, manual activities, and process inefficiencies, proactively recommending opportunities for automation and AI-driven improvements.


• Take ownership of automation initiatives from idea to implementation, designing practical solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.


• Drive adoption of new ways of working by working closely with the team to turn new ideas into everyday practice.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in customer support, service operations, process improvement, or a similar customer-facing environment.


• Hands-on experience with AI solutions, automation platforms, workflow optimization, or related technologies.


• Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and translate them into practical automation initiatives.


• Experience driving automation or continuous improvement initiatives from concept through implementation.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize patterns, optimize workflows, and improve customer experience.


• A proactive, self-driven mindset with a passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement.


• Fluent English skills
