Sales Manager. Automated Solutions for Capital Goods and Performance Materials

On behalf of our client, a leading biotechnological company based in Basel, Swisslinx is looking for a Sales Manager for Automation Solutions.

The company is offering a permanent position. We look for someone, ideally, with experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Your mission:

- Evaluate new business opportunities, generate and develop leads with a focus on deal closing within the EMEA market

- Support the customer's internal champions to help assemble a comprehensive strategy for implementing digitalization solutions throughout the customer organization

- Implement a targeted and agressive sales strategy matching the needs of your market to ensure sustainable growth

- Present products and services at conferences and seminars

Your profile:

- Proven sales experience of scientific / technical investment goods, preferably automated lab equipment or a related field

- Degree in science or engineering

- Fluency in English. German desired. Further languages are a plus.

- Familiar with the European Consumer Goods & Performance Materials b2b markets

- You enjoy direct contact with customers and traveling
