Medical Science Liaison Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading and established market player in Life Sciences, Swisslinx is looking for a Medical Science Liaison Manager. The focus of this medical-scientific function is the close and professional collaboration with opinion leaders from all over Switzerland in the therapeutic areas of haemophilia, immunology and coagulation disorders as well as other stakeholders.

Your mission:

- Scientific supervision and maintaining close cooperation with national opinion leaders as well as expanding the network with specialists
- Developing and implementing medical-scientific projects within the framework of the Medical Affairs Plan
- Product-specific medical training of the key account managers
- Processing of scientific questions
- Participation in national and international congresses and symposia
- Gaining valuable insights into treatment patterns
- Working closely with all relevant corporate functions to ensure adherence to processes and compliance guidelines

Your profile:

- University degree in natural sciences or pharmaceutics
- Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry as Medical Advisor or Medical Scientific Liaison Manager with field experience
- Knowledge and experience in the relevant therapeutic areas
- Great flair for grasping complex, scientific issues quickly and communicating professionally
- Strategic, analytical, independent and disciplined approach to work
- Committed and creative personality, team player
- Native German speaker, good knowledge of English
