Responsibilities:
As a Desktop Support Engineer you maintain and support desktop and VDI environment. You are the first point of contact (phone and message). You are in charge to triage first time fix solutions provided by support. You administrate VMWare Horizon VDI environment as well as Microsoft 365, AD and Microsoft Exchange Administration. You are also in charge of software deployment, MECM and Intune. Moreover, you provide direct support for all client application and hardware (Windows, Mac OS, Office, TCP/IP, HP workstation). Moreover, you are responsible of new user setup, hardware installation.
Profile:
- Bachelor in IT
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Required at least 3 years' experience in a financial service
- Experience in ITIL
- Good knowledge in VMWare and VBpshere suite administration
- Good knowledge in AD Administration (GPO)
- Good knowledge in Exchange 2016 user administration
- Good knowledge in MS Office Suite (strong in Excel)
- Knowledge in SCCM
- French (min. C1) and English (Min. B2)
