Out client: Our client is a medium size company within an international group (market leader) in Geneva. Now looking for a
HR Analytics and Controlling Manager 100% (m/f):
- Fixed term contract with 6 months duration (possible extension)
- Onboard date ASAP
Main responsibilities: - Planning, coordinating, preparing the HR personnel annual budget & forecast (costs, FTE) for all HQ banners.
- Provide all HR data for budget & forecast preparation to HQ department directors.
- Build quarterly budget re-estimates, analyse, and explain variances vs forecast.
- Analysing and explain variations monthly/quarterly costs vs budget/forecast (FTE variations, organisational changes, etc) and make recommendations.
- Continuously evaluate, identify opportunities to drive process improvements and implement them or submit them to the concerned area.
- Continuous improvement of HR controlling & analytics activities including reporting and presentations.
- Ensure a proper workflow between Finance and HR in regards of any alignments of relevant data, figures, and numbers.
- Analyzing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements.
- Optimize and standardize people analysis, planning and reporting to support the global HR leadership team and other stakeholders.
- Build, monitor and analyze HR KPIs in collaboration with HR Business Partners to manage HR performance.
Candidate profile: - A Bachelors degree in Controlling / Business Administration or a comparable professional experience.
- 5+ years relevant work experience in a multinational company, working controlling/reporting, cost accounting, budgeting or as a business analyst.
- 10+ years of experience in Payroll / as HR Generalist.
- Experience in and with cross functional teamwork.
- Very good English and French, German an asset.
- Analytical skills and mindset.
- Good command of Excel and Microsoft Office, good user knowledge of other analytic software systems, Payroll/ERP systems (Abacus/SAP), or other reporting systems an advantage.
- Quick comprehension and strong conceptual skills.
- Good understanding and command of ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and leadership track record to successfully perform in a matrix organization and demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder management.
- At ease and meticulous with figures.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Ability to manage and meet deadlines well and stress-resistance during regularly recurring and ad hoc reporting requirements.
