Responsibilities :
As an IT Application Support Analyst you provide functional and technical support to the users (web based portal application) to access information. You are the front line support to users (private banking) for Front Office and user of a portal. You resolve production incidents throughout the incident management process. You contribute to prioritize, investigate and root cause analysis. You maintain excellent relationships and communication with stakeholders. You participate to elaborate of disaster recovery plan / documentation for application.
