Legal Counsel

Redstone Legal, Risk & Compliance Search are working with a financial institution that is looking to hire a legal counsel to join them in Geneva.

Key Responsibilities / Tasks

• Responsible for advising on a variety of legal issues regarding the Geneva branch.
• Assisting senior management and RMs with daily legal questions.
• Reviewing agreements (both internal and external).
• Cooperating with and coordinating external counsel when necessary.
• Reports into the General Counsel

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in another financial institution.
• Swiss law degree and bar admission.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Accomplished working under pressure and able to provide pragmatic solutions to issues.
• Based in Geneva.
