Business Intelligence Analyst (M/W)

We are pleased to be collaborating with a fast-growing company active on a global scale, in assisting their recruitment of a Business Intelligence Analyst (M/W)

In this context, your main missions are to participate to the translation data into valuable information and actionable recommendations for the business directly reporting to the business controlling manager.
You will design, develop, and maintain decision-making systems, dashboards, performance measurement and reporting solutions.

In this context, your main tasks will be to :

• Support the Finance team's evolution from basic reporting to new state of the art business intelligence tools
• Design and devel of tools, KPI reports and dashboards for all business areas
• Perform analysis of user needs, be a force of proposition during continuous improvement workshops
• Accompany users to change
• Process changes and corrective maintenance
• Structure the document Library of the department and maintain the internal portal
• On demand, produce ad hoc business analysis

You profile:

• You have a Bachelor in Business Information Technology
• You get a least 5 years' experience in a similar role and you have good overall business acumens
• As an expert in the tool "Tableau" (certification), you are recognised for your excellent knowledgeof SAP, of SAP Analysis for Microsoft office or similar, your good knowledge of programming, excellent knowledge of Excel, knowledge of Anaplan is a plus
• You are Fluent in French and a excellent level in english
• Your strong analytical skills, your versatility and ability to quickly acquire new knowledge allows you to adapt perfectly to situations and customer needs
• Customer and product oriented, autonomous, team player, can do attitude
