HRBP speaking English fluently

The position is permanent and located in the canton of Vaud

Having HR initiatives and planning strategies
Working on HR projects (health, wellness)

Welcoming new joiners, onboardings,
Following-up compliance with regulations
Supporting employees' performance and retaining talents
Being a point of contact for staff
Creating succession plans

What is expected from you?

You have a Federal Brevet diploma in HR
You speak fluently English and French (English as a mother tongue would be ideal)
You have 3 to 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or an HRBP in an English-speaking environment
Excellent level on Excel (Macro's knowledge)
Insurance social and Swiss Law have no secrets for you
You are a team-player, motivated with excellent communicational and organizational skills.
