You would be recruiting talents, Accompanying the development of employees' growth, Having HR initiatives and planning strategies Working on HR projects (health, wellness) Updating packages (compensation & benefits) Welcoming new joiners, onboardings, Following-up compliance with regulations Supporting employees' performance and retaining talents Being a point of contact for staff Creating succession plans
What is expected from you?
You have a Federal Brevet diploma in HR You speak fluently English and French (English as a mother tongue would be ideal) You have 3 to 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist or an HRBP in an English-speaking environment Excellent level on Excel (Macro's knowledge) Insurance social and Swiss Law have no secrets for you You are a team-player, motivated with excellent communicational and organizational skills.
