IT Project Manager

For an innovative company based near Lausanne, we are currently looking an experienced IT Project Manager.

Your tasks

• Responsibility for the follow-up and development of our customers in collaboration with the sales department
• Planning and management of IT/Telecom projects in order to achieve the set objectives in terms of time, cost, quality and customer satisfaction
• Planning and management of project personnel
• Formulate requirements to match those of internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement solutions if risks threaten project objectives
• Collaborate in the development of bids and negotiate them with the client
• Participate in the billing process for the projects and works you supervise
• Create or model solutions and services to meet our clients' needs

What characterizes you

• Dynamic and enthusiastic
• Your creativity, know-how and experience in the implementation of IT and/or telecom projects
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure: servers and storage, backup solutions, virtualisation technologies, network infrastructure and Unified Communication
• Preferably a degree from a university of applied sciences with a technical orientation
• At least 3 to 5 years of specific professional experience
• PMI, IPMA or Hermes project management certification desirable
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a sense of creativity
• Easy and situationally appropriate communication, even in a complex environment
• Good command of French and a good level of English. German is a plus
• Driving license (category B)
